So ISX welcomed the suspension at the time, which ISX interpreted as:
It seems that the purpose of the suspension as understood by ISX is to clear up rumour and innuendo surrounding ISX, which is quite accurate considering that is what the enquiries are for. So they welcome it wholeheartedly and believes that it is in the best interests of shareholders. So obviously ISX deemed the suspension as being justified. There was no claim nor complaint about any form of unfairness. In fact, ISX even stated their willingness to co-operate fully.
So what was it thay triggered the dramatic change in attitude? ISX was obviously fine with the suspension...The fact is that the suspension started on the 2nd of October 2019 and the announcement by ISX was released on the 7th. ISX only started to express its displeasure after having answered the second query letter from the ASX...
...the exact date being the 28th of October 2019...which was 26 days later after the suspension.
So based on that, the thing that triggered the change in attitude is obviously the questions as evident here:
So it wasn't until 30th October where ISX started to bring up "unfairness"...
So based on that evidence, in my view it was the questions that ISX has problems with. Why do you think that is?
