As much as legal action is undesirable - it seems with the impasse on guaranteeing confidentiality on ISX’s sensitive information then ISX was unable to have it’s shares returned to trading. In other words there was no other option unlike some people here seem to think! Well done JK! Legal cases can take years depending on the volume of information, interpretation of law, agreements/disagreement, so many factors to take into account - the majority of claims settle at pre-trial conference and if not trial dates will be set - it’s difficult to know how long this could take without being privy to all available information - stay tuned folks and GLTAH
