I think this is fantastic news. For ISX to take court action against ASX says a lot about how confident they are in their operations and ability to operate as a business. They wouldn't have taken court action if they had done something wrong because they would just be throwing themselves under the bus for further investigation. They have nothing to hide. They are acknowledging the damage it is doing to shareholders, investors etc. and I think this should install a lot of confidence back into the market and put a lot of the error and incompetence onto ASX. I am now extremely confident about my holdings in ISX. It pisses me off it has taken this long. Cant wait for it to be let off the hook.

thts true. ISX wont go to court if they are guilty within. But the question now is, what is the judicial time frames on such cases? OMG this is turning out to be an epic tale to tell generations
