Does the ASX current draft contain anything about taking the performance shares back, if so, why did they not take the shares back when they offered them? I mean if it does, it would mean the ASX was on a witch hunt and only after months of "developing" a case against the perf shares they now they want to slap ISX because they spent months dragging ISX over the coals and shareholders to prove a point. Now think about this carefully, IF the ASX wants the perf shares now in their most recent findings does it not prove they have caused EVEN more damage to shareholders because ISX already offered them all back the week of the suspension? I would honestly be shocked if they did and we have wasted 7 months to get back to where we started.

The BIG question that remains is this, does the draft from the 24th of Jan contain items that could suggest they knew the ClearPay products was official and right at the last minute they decided to really try and hurt ISX because they were angry / frustrated the carpet was pooled from underneath them? I mean what causes a draft to change significantly just before the hearing, and then ISX wants to suppress it? I mean is it too far fetched that it could be malicious in nature to the whole company and its future seeing ClearPay goes straight for the throat of the monopoly ASX wishes to protect so dearly?
