I have been watching ISX for quite a while and was initially impressed with their responses to ASX enquiries.
However this situation has gone on for far to long for ISX to come out completely unscathed . This is solely speculation on my part.
One has to also question the reasons for the court action which range from ISX is sqeeky clean and deserves to trade all the way to ISX thinks ASX is getting close to nailing them for something and want to shut down ASX investigation by getting the trading status lifted( also may force ASX to reveal in court what evidence it has on any wrongdoing by ISX).
It should be noted that the ASX is not the sort of organisation who would suspend from trading for absolutely no reason, so it is fair to say at this point they are still of the opinion something doesn't smell right.
These are my own speculations and I encourage everyone to do their own research.
At this stage I hope me speculation is wrong for all shareholders.
And yes I am a non- holder who was in the process of researching the company when the suspension hit.

We shareholders have requested numerous times to ASX to define the reason for suspending ISX, .....but ASX have been incapable to confirm even after ISX have responded to many questions!
