Gee, there are a lot of optimists here today. From my experience I would just wait. Don't count your chickens etc etc, "fat lady hasn't stopped singing" yet. This case is not "about the vibe", its all about the law. While I am an optimist at heart, I do know that often judgements are about 45:55 decisions so one party feels less bad (disappointed) than the other. There is a lot further to go in this battle. "Ka ching" I heard outside chambers. Just my thoughts.
