ASX being powerless suits more because power lies with ASIC not ASX...that’s why ASIC is regulator here. Your assumption is DUD that companies will not comply to listing rules because there will always be a regulator who can suspend any company...ASX needs to be in its own jurisdiction & stop considering listed companies & their share holders as slaves just because a media article says so!!
