No they need a reason but they can suspend without having to seek court orders, etc. The initial reason for the suspension was well received by ISX. The ASX is also trying to release a SOR that ISX is trying to suppress. So literally, the only reason why you and everyone else here think that there is no reason for the suspension is because you have your money invested in the stock. All you people are doing is defending your money blindly.

SH's point of view is some of the most biased POV because of how vested they are. Their views are practically unreliable because virtually all holders would try to defend their money blindly regardless of the truth.
