Even a dummy like me knows that it would look very very bad for ASIC to have said to suspend ISX before an investigation had been carried out. (look bad in front of the judge I mean....... still talking about ASIC..... but not talking about any current court case).
ASIC need to be above reproach if they take ISX to court. I wonder if ASIC will take ISX to court?
