That's not a fair analogy.
ISX is the accused.
ASX are the police
OM are private detectives
ASX want to just convict ISX with no trial, ISX wants to go to trial.
The issue of guilt has not been presided over.
However, both the Cop and the private detective believe their is a strong case against them.
