Yep. Absolutely correct.
If they did not get advice that was "comfortable" then they could always get "alternative" advice. That is the beauty of getting independent evaluations.
Of course, whatever valuation figure is used must be able to stand up to scrutiny from the Australian Taxation Office which means they are not just pulled out of the air.
And the valuation they are willing to take to the ATO is 8 cents.
