No thanks, I'm happy to assume that any valuation put forward by the 'independent' valuer is strongly influenced by the desired outcome of the party that engaged and paid for the valuation. And therefore not entirely accurate - particularly in this situation where it is impossible to put forward any valuation based on information that is publicly available at this time.
