@jlo2012 With regards to the historical AFR article where they suggested that they have sighted the OM report it states;

"More specifically it was $5,512,057 based on 12-month revenue of $6,338,969, including interest (implied as $32,191 for the half) and an R&D tax concession ($478,519 disclosed only for the 12 months). Removing the benefit of the R&D grant would mean only clearing the $5 million mark by $33,538 and excluding interest income the hurdle was only cleared by $1,347."

Even they state that the performance rights were achieved by $1,347.00 ~ So, we can assume that in the OM & AFR's view is that the performance rights were achieved.

So what's your concern with the SOI - You state that you have a copy of the OM report!
