I think this will be an out of court settlement once ASX is fully satisfied with the documents. But perhaps ASIC now could step in to mediate without going further but i think JK intent on going for damages done to ISX. What a saga. I say this should be a movie like Wall Street. High drama full of conspiracies, theories, media attention blah blah blah.
