Sexist posts do make women posters uncomfortable reading them. I have not seen one person who would call out like you did. I have in the pass moderated profanity but dont remember if there were sexist. Just report the posts it might take a while to have it moderated.
Not sure if respect for women is one of HC conditions of posting.
