ASX have 28 days to respond. First case management hearing won't be for about 60 days from the originating application filing date and there will be a lot of adjourning going on. This is going to be a real long one.
To give you a real rough idea for timelines with ISX's other federal court matter as the respondent, the case management hearing and interlocutory hearing between Tribeca and ISX is now set for 13 Dec 2019 and the originating application for that case was filed by Tribeca on 21 May 2019. Will keep an eye on it to see if that's adjourned again.
