I think this is the real point of interest now. ISX have essentially shown their cards and must be confident of their innocence in anything but some minor disclosure rules, if anything at all. ASX on the other hand may well have aspects of their process and decision making that they do not wish to be made public and as such may well end this before it gets to the courts.
