but YOU conveniently forget that;

1. ASIC licensed the "scamsters"
2. ASIC didnt suspend teh scamsters licenses, and allowed them to trade post initiation of court action
3. The public and ISX relied on ASIC to do its job
4. ASIC declared them "scamsters" more than 18 months after ISX ceased providing services to the companies.
5. ISX froze the scamsters funds and returned monies to the public in cooperation with ASIC

Not sure why you have this agenda to keep knocking ISX. Take your issue up to ASIC for not doing its job.
