to be frank i read less than 2 paragraphs before i buy a stock. if a hot copper post is more than 2/3rds of my screen i just scroll past it.....so there no way i am going to read 34 pages or whatever of stuff i have no control over.

i will say this, and you may wish to close your ears when i say this, i did read your earlier post with the 2 extracts. that top extract that talks about a 3 week shutdown at xmas being the basis of a demand for the report to be delivered by a certain date - i just laughed at that. perhaps i did not see enough of that paragraph but they paid a lawyer a gazillion dollars an hour to argue that some office somewhere is shut for 3 weeks at xmas so we need the report now?? was that the point being made?? (ASX is shut for only 2 days before the end of the year, and 2 days in january, so what has 3 weeks got to do with anything)

i do not want to read any more of that document than that, but good luck anyway.
