Why would you think its the million dollar question ???????
Do you honestly believe a draft report is going to make any difference to the way ISX will approach court proceding. The event in question is the way the ASX has handled this event of placing ISX shares in Suspension. Lets really look at the reason and motive in question why ISX shares were put in suspension by the regulator ( ASX ) and that will tell a much bigger strory than a fishing expedition report that has come out to try save face ...........
