If you read ISX announcement, I think 17th September . ISX Response to OM Report pretty much explains what they were accusing. You are right all they questions revolve around that OM Report.
Im not sure why ASX response to Ricardo yesterday in the post that got moderated.
Now talks about for legally they can’t discuss the reasons for suspension. Where as previously they kept sighting share price volatility . Now they are not at liberty to say. Yet they were about to release draft findings of their investigation. I would like to see that response again from ASX to Ricardo . I forgot to screenshot it as it was more detailed to what they normally respond with .
