and if they did announce that they've received it? Will it change any of the circumstances? Chances are they aren't able to divulge the content, so as far as I'm concerned an announcement simply saying "yep we got it" (when we can clearly infer this already), is a waste of time.
This belongs in the courtroom now, and we're all on a need to know basis. yes it sucks, but get over it.
