    The last response by ISX to asx stuff was dated 26 November (when it was actually delivered who knows??).

    That response was given by ISX 3 business days or less before before ISX was demanding the draft report be ready on 1 December (Sunday)
    (that Sunday demand was something to do with how ASX would trade nearly every day over Christmas but "some other businesses" may shut down for 3 weeks of holidays??).

    The people writing the report said it would be delivered 6 December - a Friday.
