my interpretation is:
If a company is in suspension without an end date for that suspension, and the company gets a letter saying that they will remain in suspension without an end date, has anything material changed for that company?
If the answer is no, then there is nothing to announce to the public (because the public already knows that the company is in a suspension without an end date)
Shareholders should be ringing the company to find out what is happening.
