That is a fact from the look of things. That in itself is enough for a suspension pending the outcome of the investigation. Basically to me by admitting that it was fact then that means ISX has just shot themselves dead...

I actually read the whole claims again and I think they are so flimsy that I don't even know where to begin. If even I can destroy the logic in there then what hope is there in court against professionals?
