ISX should disclose whether they have received it and what their response to it is. It is as material as they come because presumably if the finding is so adverse then ISX would end up being delisted. That is without a doubt extremely material by anyone's logic. If ISX has received the findings and they took the ASX to court then to me that suggests that the finding is adverse. ISX should make an announcement to inform the market.
