FACT- The court action is to get the suspension lifted.
Unless both parties come to terms in the meantime, suspension is upheld until a court decision lifts it, or not.
So IMO holders, chill out, dont feed the trolling buffoons, enjoy the festive season and see you in February.
I really don't trust the system, so a genuine GLTAH.
