Agree with this.
The thing is Patricius, HMX will raise money and will survive well beyond the time period CNB need even if there is further dilution. CNB needs the land asap and they know it... as you do. Waiting for HMX to 'implode' is just wishful thinking and will not happen for years, beyond the tolerance of CNB.
