    Yes, it's all about time and money. I repeat: CNB's timeline is not infinite and they cannot wait until HMX fall over. You haven't addressed the time aspect for CNB. They definitely cannot put all their eggs in the hope HMX will fold. Don't you see how beneficial it will be for both companies to come to some sort of deal?

    I suspect the sticking point here is that both BOD's want something for themselves over and above their companies: petty jealousies. Stuff the ordinary shareholders: we are last in any consideration. It's a greedy, self centred world as you are also demonstrating. It shouldn't be an 'all or nothing' Hunger Games world. Smart plays need to see the light of day.
