HMX share price performance since the merger talks shows why HMX needs CNB more then CNB needs HMX, if the deal falls through HMX will go back to low 3's, take/hope for a 1 cnb for every 10 HMX & be done with it, this management is hopeless in getting sp up, CNB up to 70 today & HMX no rebound shows lack of confidence in a deal
