    Shovel in ground is significant.
    This is an Enormous first step, in the Big Journey that awaits COB for next 5 years.
    Can only see this being jet injected, to move it forward,

    Whether that be by- NSW Gov / Fed Gov / a JV Big Partner or Private equity.
    Come to think about it, all these things are likely underway as we speak.

    Interesting to see the ASX reaction today.
