The weird anomaly here is that if the Culper reports primary aim was to drive down NEU and not Acadia then why are the short sells on NEU so low? Kens can tell us exactly but I would have expected an uptick in the shorts over the last couple months before release of the report. On the face of it - it looks like an attempt to drive the price down and actually buy NEU cheaply. Hopefully Culper knows there is a takeover offer in the wings....
