IMO that report makes it ABSOLUTELY clear that nothing has changed in the past 6 months.
Its just up to investors if they want to believe either:
1) Culpers and their dodgy practices;
2) Our resident Clowns that draw squiggles, peer into tea leaves and imagine doomsday scenarios; or
3) The many multitude of recognised and established broking and research firms (such as Wilsons).
Or - even better yet - your own research
Beware the circus - word is the escaped clowns are still circling, looking for their seltzer bottles and palm buzzers.
