$2 swings are close to 10%, which is huge if you can do it in a day or 2. if you do it in one 1 day you can buy and sell your parcel and never have to stump up the cash. I believe many do this. if you get caught out of the money you sell in the match and only have to find the difference, and the brokerage. I have tried to do this but its harder than it sounds.
