This is known and has been discussed here. Steadily increasing dosage rate (Via titration) seems to help and parents have been sharing tips and tricks with each-other to control this side effect. It is important to put this in context that the patients (mostly girls) tend to have the opposite problem and take laxatives. Consultation with doctors and other parents is important to get this balance right.
