All the Chinese companies that are paying a dividend
are just using the IPO cash which is outside of China.
Just a ponzi scheme that promises dividends and once the ipo
cash runs out there will be no more cash
coming out of China.
The Chinese owners now have their money transfered outside
of China by having their dividends in overseas accounts.
