    XPD: As a result of Government restrictions, we are not able to implement the buyback.

    Shareholder: Well I suppose that's ok, given you report such a healthy cash position and all the buyback funds are now free, we'd be happy with a dividend.

    XPD: Oh no don't be silly! We need that money for potential acquisitions that you're only just now conveniently hearing about.


    This deserves to get slaughtered tomorrow. I'm getting out first chance I get.
