Honestly speaking, I think Morgans' report is a bit too bullish.
If the intention is to not pay out anything to shareholders in the foreseeable future, the NPV of the shares (to non-insiders without 'renovation' conpanies) is zero. They ascribe a few cents to the stock - very bullish in my view.
