I think that ASIC/ASX should be notified - they don't pick these things up sometimes unless complaints lodged. I think a well written letter to the ASA seeking their support and activism. I am sure some press would be interested - never much fun having press asking questions of you. And I think all angry shareholders should seek to attend the AGM when it occurs and ask difficult questions of the puppet Chairman.
