If I remembered clearly in one of the quarterly it stated that Wisr's aim is at the long term sustainable book growth. The company's strategy is to be conservative with loss rates by focus on the operating side. The 6% growth is not bad if you understand the key strategy is (control) not to maximise the loan book growth for short term gain at the expense of units. Unlike others FinTech Wisr has the ability to control quality over quantity.
