PERSONALLY, although l would place the fair value close to $5, l dont know why the price is climbing each day.
the sale of AEO will lead to a capital return and paying down debt, but l dont see it creating that much extra value as a lot of income will disappear.
the 20 c div must be attracting them and the franking is nice too - it will sure boost my super fund deposit!
there is only upside with speculation about t/o and floating of film division.
l have held for 8 years and this is my favorite stock!
