I see sales of only $120K for FY15. I assume they're letting merchants use the terminals for free. It can't go on forever, but I think it's a good strategy to build the network as it's nowhere near saturation, based on my experience. I can think of at least 10 cafes, golf driving ranges etc that I go to regularly where Rewardle could be deployed, but only 2 of them actually have it.
The partnership with Air Asia is exciting, fingers crossed it sticks and generates some real income. If they pull off something like that then maybe next stop will be a KFC or McDonalds then boom.
I'm hoping management is also positioning themselves to be taken out by a big player at some stage. Surely the main asset of this business is the 4,000 tablets sitting at POS across Australia. A major overseas POS business would surely be interested.
