And if Jeff can squeeze through without needing to exercise those options and that potential 'smart investor' cant underwrite these options....I guess they will either need to buy on market, or not get in at a sub $20m MC.
Not to mention that minimises dilution at this level.....so our EPS goes up nicely for when ever any potential analysts run their numbers.

Considering the selling has now ceased completely at this level, I guess anyone wanting a position will need to step up.
