So Viana is not going to be the CEO.
But we can see how the CEO might be remunerated...
Why is a decision being left to the shareholders and not the remuneration committee?
Maybe hold off appointing people that the new CEO may not want to work with.
Maybe appoint the new CEO first and let them have some input.
