    The directors can be banned from directorship but only after being proven in court to have committed an offense. Now josh Frydenberg, sorry if spelling is wrong wants to allow non disclosure to be normal.Even the govt wants to shaft small shareholders and open the world to dishonest insider trading .How can anyone police that. We are just mice nibbling at the cheese.
