It may become academic but the period of notice for the provision of a Notice for the AGM is provided for in "Regulatory Guide 7:

Under 105(1) it could be argued that the notices should be sent out today or
Under 105(2) it might be permitted to send out the notices before the end of tomorrow.
Of course if the notices aren't sent out at all we'll all be guessing about what's going on at IGE.
