I wonder if the corona virus impact on the global market might affect large investors appetite for risk. Though as you mentioned as announced there are agreements in place. Are you as confident in GEP as SGC delivering funds or one over the other?

If there is a CR in the future, I imagine they would target larger investors rather than the retail market.
