Hope there's a flood of news like French ABC department has installed BS and 1000 BA cards. French XYZ department has installed BS and 2000 BA cards too.
Only a matter of time now before we find out exactly who has made the prepayments of $66,026 and the grants of $224,861 this year and the $207,642 grants and $98,477 prepayment last year. We know they are French government agencies, just not exactly sure which ones. High probability it's the police. Surely they must have been waiting for these BA cards to move forward full steam ahead???
