Robert worked at Xilinx for 1.3 years in the Marketing, Industrial, Scientific and Medical Segment. Funnily enough, Brainchip is now using Xilinx's chip for the Brainchip Accelerator.

Going further ...

Robert worked at Altera Corporation - which is owned by Intel Corporation - for 14 years as: Product Planning Manager, Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications, Senior Director of Software Marketing and Product Planning, Senior Director of Corporate Business Development, and Senior Director of IP Business Unit.

One could only presume that Robert has brought to Brainchip a wealth of experience .. but also connections.

Perhaps Robert is supporting a company he once worked at, perhaps the Brainchip team are reposting this news from Intel to attract greater industry awareness and validity towards their product ... or perhaps we have another 'Xilinx type connection' with Intel, that Robert has brought over.

Time will tell.
