The company should make an announcement, pronto.
If BRN tech s being used by Intel but covered by an NDA, say so.
If BRN tech has nothing to do with Intels chip, say so.
If Intel chip has surprisingly similiar characteristics and features to BRN Tech, then announce the law firm employed to examine a potential lawsuit.
This is surprisingly similiar to BRN tech and it is Intel. A huge company that will easily dominate if its true.
Please BRN, get on it !
